We’ll pause your direct debit payments for now, but please don’t cancel the mandate just yet. If a refund is due, it will be processed through this method and may take up to 14 days.
You’ll receive a text message before you vacate with the keysafe code for returning your key. Unless advised otherwise, please lock the unit, sweep it out, and remove all personal items and rubbish. Once the unit is empty, submit the Vacated Form along with a photo of the cleared unit.
