Before you vacate
- We’ll pause your direct debit payments for now, but please don’t cancel the mandate yet. If a refund is due it will be processed that way, and may take up to 14 days.
- You’ll receive a text before you vacate with the key safe code for returning your key.
- 160 sq ft units: leave the padlock and key on the floor inside the unit, then close the doors and leave them unlocked.
- All other units: please lock the unit, sweep it out, and remove all personal items and rubbish.
