Every unit is ground floor and drive-up. The electric gate opens only to your registered phone, 24 hours a day; there is 24-hour live-monitored CCTV and dusk-to-dawn security lighting. We are at Brickfields Industrial Estate, just off New Road behind Gillingham railway station.
Which size
Units run from 20 sq ft up to a 20-foot, 160 sq ft container (20, 40, 50, 80 and 160 sq ft). For a business: 40 sq ft holds a stock cage or a trade’s tools and consumables; 80 sq ft is a small shop’s back room; 160 sq ft takes pallets, fittings and a season’s stock with room to walk in. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one: there is no long-term contract, and you can move up when a bigger unit is free.

Terms
No deposit and no hidden charges: you pay for your storage and nothing else. There is no minimum term, the minimum charge is two weeks, and you leave with two weeks’ notice. Padlock use is free, and we match any like-for-like quote within three miles. Insurance is not included and items are stored at your own risk; specialist cover is available from Insurastore.com.
Is there a long contract?
No. There is no long-term contract; give two weeks’ notice when you want to leave.
Can I get in early in the morning or late at night?
Every unit is ground floor and drive-up. The electric gate opens only to your registered phone, 24 hours a day; there is 24-hour live-monitored CCTV and dusk-to-dawn security lighting.
